Our consultants have specific training in roofing technology and good understanding of other associated trades rather than general training in all aspects of construction and only a general knowledge of roofing practice.

We will perform an on site observation of your roof system and submit a condition report detailing our findings. In our report we will note the type and composition of materials that comprise your roof system, provide a detailed description of any/all deficiencies that are evident.

We offer Thermographic reporting as a method of performing non-destructive analysis of your building. Following the non-destructive testing, we can confirm moisture presence by taking core samples and taking moisture readings of the suspect area.

We offer properly detailed specification packages for the repair and/or replacement of the existing roof system on your building. Our specifications are designed and written on an individual basis with your specific roof in mind.

We provide site visits while work is in progress to ensure adherence to the specification. we remain on site for as long as is necessary to determine that during our visit, applications are proceeding as specified and the workmanship is in line with good roofing practice.

We can provide annual roof reviews of your new roof system once it has been applied. We will notify you that your roof is coming up to its anniversary date every year to give you the opportunity for a Health Check.

With years of “on the job” practical training, all of our Roof Observers are able to use their knowledge of how water travels and how roofs fail to track down water ingress points.

As part of our specification design process, or upon request, we conduct Asbestos Sampling of materials that are to be removed or worked on during a roof repair or replacement.
